Important Spa Information

We recommend a check-in at the Three Springs Spa at least 30 minutes before your first appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their services, so as not to disrupt other guest's scheduled appointments. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, guests will be charged 100% for treatments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
