Dear Mr. Walsh
I just wanted to bring to your attention an employee of yours that went “above and beyond”. I was just at the P2 Energy Conference and when I got to the airport, I realized I had left my briefcase behind in the room I had stayed in. I called from the airport in a panic and was transferred to Sarah. I explained to Sarah what I had done and was distraught because I had placed my diamond jewelry in the briefcase. Sarah immediately put me at ease with her calming response and said she would call me right back; she was going to run up to the room I had stayed in to see if the briefcase was still there.
Within 10 minutes, Sarah returned my call with briefcase in hand. She confirmed my address and stated she would mail the briefcase out in that day’s mail. I received my briefcase and all the contents yesterday.

Barton Creek is definitely “high class” … from the food that was prepared, to the continental breakfast and snacks that were served. The service was excellent, your employees polite and extremely helpful – the rooms spacious and “classy”. My stay at Barton Creek Resort was, to say the least, far above my expectations!
