4th of July Weekend

July 3-5, 2009

Celebrate your independence with a weekend getaway to Barton Creek Resort & Spa. We kick off the weekend on Friday with a huge fireworks display, poolside games and our annual Red, White & the Brew Lobster Boil. Saturday brings the party back to the pool with games and family activities and a poolside cookout featuring your all-time summer favorites like 100% beef burgers, quarter-pound hot dogs, Elgin sausage wraps and grilled fajitas. We’ll also show you what happens when a chain saw is introduced to a block of solid ice!

Labor Day Weekend

September 4-7, 2009

Time to enjoy Barton Creek’s end of summer blow-out! Poolside activities, 18-holes of mini golf, All-American cook outs and our fully-stocked family game room, featuring Wii™ gaming stations will ensure that the kids get an equal amount of hi-tech and high touch. And after the sun has set, adults can relax on the Hill Country veranda at our “Taste of America” wine reception showcasing wines from America’s best wine regions paired with hors d’oeuvre’s created by Executive Chef Bouza.

Taste of America Wine Reception

Join us for a wine tasting featuring a sampling of wines from across Amercia's best wine regions paired with hors d'oeuvres created by our own Executive Chef Phil Bouza. Relax and enjoy the view from the veranda with your favorite wine or just sample our selections of unique wine varietals. This event is complimentary for guests with dinner reservations in the Hill Country Dining Room that evening, or is a $20 surcharge per person for the reception only.
