After finding the freshest ingredients around, we incorporated the latest food trends and developed a menu featuring top quality prime beef and seafood.  The salads are made with local greens and the house dressing uses wine from a nearby vineyard.  The wild game comes from a ranch just west of town and the fish is received daily. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We use only the top 2% quality USDA Midwestern beef known as “Prime Grade Black Angus.”  Our steaks are aged up to four weeks for flavor and texture and broiled to seal in the flavor.
