DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
A deposit of the first night’s room/package rate, daily resort charge and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.

*Nightly Room Rate: nightly rate excludes all taxes, fees and daily resort charge.
**Taxes and Governmental Fees: room rate and daily resort charge are subject to governmentally imposed fees and taxes.

DAILY RESORT CHARGE:
The daily resort charge includes toll free, credit card and local telephone calls, fitness center and steam room access, in-room coffee & tea, self-parking, on-property transportation, nature trails, miniature golf, all-pool access as well as gratuities for daily housekeeping and golf bag handling/storage.

DINING AND RECREATION RESERVATIONS:

Advanced reservations and appointments are encouraged for all recreation and evening dining to ensure preferred times.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and pool areas until your room becomes available.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:
For an additional fee the resort offers airport shuttle service from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Reservations are required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night's room rate, daily resort charge and applicable taxes.  Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at time of booking.

ROLLAWAY BEDS:
There is a $35 nightly charge for rollaway beds.

PET POLICY:
We consider pets to be an important and valuable member of the family.  For their safety and protection pets are not permitted.  Our Concierge can provide you with "pet resort" options in the Austin area.
